16 - 22 June
Be Thankful & Spread Joy
The Thankfulness Project is a non-profit Kiwi initiative with the goal of increasing mental healthiness in New Zealand

Hey NZ! I’m Ferg* from the Thankfulness Project, and Thankfulness Week is coming up from the 16th to the 22nd of June. The goal? To spread thankfulness all across New Zealand.
How? Be thankful. Why? Thankfulness is good for us.
Give it a go! Think about good things around you. Say them out loud. Say thanks to others and tell them you're thankful for them. Write what you're thankful for on your mirror, your car window, in your diary, on your fence—anywhere!
You can spread joy in your world by being thankful. It works!*.

The shortest, darkest day of the year is the 21st of June. Let’s make it the brightest day of the year with our thankfulness. Let’s stop looking for our happiness to come from other sources and become a source of happiness through our expression of thankfulness. Brighten up your world with thankfulness. And have fun with it!
So this Thankfulness Week let's create joy in our lives and the lives of others by being Thankful!
