Start a powerful Daily Thankfulness Habit
Studies have shown that people who engage in daily thankfulness have increased levels of optimism and positivity.

Here is what you can do to set up a daily habit:

Every morning when you wake up, think of at least three things you have to be thankful for.
We have a list of suggestions below that you can print out if you would like inspiration

We recommend setting up a daily reminder on your phone to act as a prompt to help you remember.
We are currently working on trying to get a downloadable one for you, but in the meantime, open your phone or computer calendar and set a recurring appointment or reminder.

If you want to add more effect to this daily habit you could:

- add 'why' you are thankful for these things ie:
'I am thankful for running water because it is clean and on tap.'
​
- at the end of the day, think of three things that you are thankful for from your day
​
- write them down, in a diary, phone or mirror!
